- Lions address the global issue of childhood hunger through projects such as school meal programs and nutrition education for parents.
- A Lions vision screening helps save a young girl's life.
- Lions established a Down Syndrome Center that helps preschool children build language, reading, writing, fine motor skills and basic life skills.
- Lions in Germany bring community members of all ages and backgrounds together through the Multi-Generational House.

Volunteer: Third MD19 Memorial Gardens Clean Up Party (7/12)

Weeds don't go on vacation!

They are still growing in the Memorial Gardens
at the MD19 office,4141 W Maplewood in Bellingham.

We're going to pull 'em up and send them packing tomorrow,

Saturday July 12th 
9:00 AM - 11:00 AM

If you have an hour or so to spare, 
we would love it if you could stop by 
and join in on the fun!

Your efforts will be greatly appreciated
and help make the grounds beautiful for;
